Candle Safety: Please use care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a heat resistant coaster/surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage. Den Scents assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.

Always burn on a heat resistant surface

Always keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" to prevent soot and smoke from flame

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Keep wax free of Debris

Keep burning candles away from children & pets

When candle wax has burned down to 1/2" of the base, the candle will become hotter from flame causing heat retention. Exercise caution when burning.

Soy Wax spills can be cleaned with ease. Use warm soapy water.

Return Policy:

While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Den Scents candle purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at denscentsinfo@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Returns

Please contact us at denscentsinfo@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
